Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa; Austin, Texas

The Hill Country resort is currently undergoing a significant $150-million renovation relaunching in May 2019 that will feature a new hotel tower. The projects adds 184 guest rooms, a conference center, ballroom and outdoor events space.

Grand Hyatt at SFO; San Francisco

The Grand Hyatt slated to open this summer is of 40 Hyatt projects set to be completed in the U.S. by 2021. This location will have 351 guest rooms and be right off the city’s AirTrain. The largest event space is 5,760 square feet—ideal for a small group looking to get in and out of San Francisco.

The TWA Hotel at New York JFK

The 484-room hotel will be filled with nostalgia, including a museum devoted to TWA and the history of aviation. There’s a rooftop deck and pool with runway views (!). There are six restaurants and eight bars on-site, as well as 50,000 square feet of events space, including 45 event rooms and five hospitality suites that can host up to 1,600 people.

Moxy San Diego

Marriott’s irreverent brand looks to play disruptor in San Diego with the state’s first Moxy. Among the quirky elements of the 126-room hotel: Guests check-in at a custom “trike” where they will receive their digital room entry and Bar Moxy’s signature “Got Moxy #5” welcome nitro-cocktail served from the lively tricycle.
