What I do: “I handle mostly large group conferences with 300 or more room nights and budgets that range from $50,000 to
$4 million.”

What I really do: “Plenty of cardio. While the two properties are located in one complex, running between two massive hotels means I don’t need a gym membership.”

Greatest career accomplishments:
At 24, Colon became a certified sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers.  At 27, she earned her CMP.

Next-level tech: “I helped champion the launch of a web-based meeting planning tool at our property called GetPlanning, which allows event managers to streamline all their communications, diagrams, contracts and banquet event orders into one cloud with access from any browser.”
