What she does: Glucklich works closely with a wide range of constituencies including board members, volunteers, committees and external stakeholders, and manages logistics for all conservatory donor, prospect and regional alumni events around the country.

What I really do: “I read people’s minds, anticipate any and all last-minute guest additions and admire our incredibly talented students.”

Superstar stats: She restructured the annual IGNITE gala to be more inclusive of faculty and students, and increased attendance by 20 percent and revenue by 10 percent.

What’s next: “I’m currently in the process of expanding our regional alumni events in New York City, Washington, D.C., Miami and Los Angeles, and am excited to work with new venues and CVBs in those areas.”
