What I do: I joke that my job description should be “figure it out,” and, honestly, I think that fits. My client tells me what they want or need and I make it happen. That could be figuring out how to make their budget work, figuring out a creative way to make their meeting fit in a certain hotel, or even just figuring out a fun off-site event. I feel like meeting planning and logistics are basically just “figuring it out,” and doing what you have to do to make it work, all with a smile on your face.

Greatest career accomplishment: I am proud of planning my first international event in Barbados last year and being a part of the production and execution for the Girl Scouts 2017 G.I.R.L. conference with close to 10,000 attendees.

Impressive stats: I’ve been able to help cut one of my association’s F&B spending by more than $30,000 over the last two years! I also negotiated complimentary Wi-Fi for another association’s meeting space for the next three years, saving them over $10,000 each year in internet costs.
