Nominations Open for 15 Over 50

By Connect Staff, January 2, 2019

We love our young event professionals, but they aren’t the only ones who deserve special recognition. Connect is looking to honor 15 event professionals who have spent their career moving the meetings industry forward. These individuals can be planners, sales managers and executives, destination marketing veterans, hoteliers, venue managers, chefs or serve in any other role vital to providing attendees with memorable experiences. Honorees will be recognized in the print editions of Connect’s magazine, on our websites and at Connect’s annual conference, held Aug. 26-28, 2019, in Louisville, Kentucky.

If you know event professionals who are at least 50 years old and worthy of recognition, nominate the person for this special honor.

Nominations are due Friday. Feb. 1. If this form doesn’t load properly for you, please email Matt Swenson at
